Instructions:
Apply castor oil to flannel
Apply wrap over the particular area(abdomen or the liver or a joint)
apply a heat pack(heating pad)

How to clean your pack:
Wash your pack after 10-15 uses or if the oil seeps to the edges. DO NOT PUT IN WASHING MACHINE! Best is to hand wash you castor oil pack.
